Near the Portixol Island, towards the Cabo la Nao we can see a small island called Mona de Lilla.

This offers an interesting dive around the small island with the opportunity to explore the caves. We can anchor the boat on the North-West side of the island and start our dive from this point.

The depth is between 15 and 22 meters almost all around the island making it an ideal dive for entry-level divers.

Navigation around this dive spot is simple, as we only have to keep within view of the island wall. Having a torch is recommended for this dive, as we will need it for passing through the caves.

In Javea Maria Claudia dive we can encounter Octopus, Sea Bass, Starfishes, Nudibranchs and sometimes Moray eels and Lobster.
